Julian Kreth — Head of Strategy Engineering at Masse, founder of Karma Studio.

Masse

I work as Head of Strategy Engineering at Masse, a leading global SEO agency with 50+ people across the world. I build the internal systems, agent workflows, and product surfaces that keep search and growth work moving at scale.

Karma Studio

Karma Studio is my startup consulting studio. I help founders and teams ship focused product work — interfaces, tooling, and growth systems that stay light and intentional.

How I work

My expertise sits at the intersection of marketing tech and SaaS growth: product craft, engineering judgment, and enough SEO literacy to keep the work grounded in what actually compounds.

Where I’m at

I live between Laguna Beach, California and Hamburg, Germany. When I’m not building, I hike, read, and tinker — usually outdoors when the weather cooperates, otherwise with a book or a half-finished side project.

What I’m looking for

Clear briefs, sharp collaborators, and projects that need someone who can own both the system and the details. If that sounds useful, say hello.
